Returns & Refunds

We plan to accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in their original packaging. Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Some items — such as opened personal care products or perishable grocery goods — may not be eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons.
